Are all your products natural?

Yes! All our products are made with natural oils and scented with essential oils to ensure no chemicals enter your skin. The only man-made ingredient used is lye, an essential component in the soap-making process.
Are your products vegan?

No, we use our own goat milk, making our goat milk products not vegan. However, most of our products are made with plant-based oils and beeswax.
Why did my lip balm get grainy or rough?

Since our lip balms are made with all-natural ingredients, exposure to high heat (such as being left in the sun or a hot vehicle) can cause the oils and beeswax to melt. Many of these oils have different melting points, and some may melt or harden quicker than others, causing it to become grainy. This does not affect the quality of the product, and it is still safe to use. To fix the problem, simply microwave your lip tube in increments of 15 seconds until it has melted. Leave it in the microwave until it rehardens to avoid spilling.
How long does a bar of soap last?

A 4.5 oz bar of soap typically lasts 3-4 weeks with regular use. To extend the life of your bar, do not leave it in water and allow it to air dry between uses. Using a soap saver bag for smaller pieces is also a great idea!
